Ingredients
 2 cups Dry roasted peanuts
1 tbsp Honey or Sugar (1 or 2 tbsp depends on your taste)
1 pinch Salt (or to taste)
Instructions
1

Place the peanuts in a food processor / blender.
Turn the food processor on and let it run for 4-5 minutes.
During this time you will see the peanuts go in stages from crumbs to a dry ball, to a smooth and creamy "liquid" peanut butter.
Stir in the sugar or honey and the salt and mix well.

Store in the fridge or at room temperature if you think you will go through it fast enough.
You could also store it both ways. I would advise the fridge if it is going to be several weeks before you get through it.
