Many of us use a scale as an integral part of our programs. I’m not saying to completely ditch the scale. I believe that watching your weight drop can be fun and exciting. But don’t overdo by weighting every single day or even more often. Use the scale once a week, on the same day,  at the same time, before breakfast and after your first toilet visit…naked 🙂 Weight can fluctuate….for example when you’re in your menstrual period, by what you have been eaten the day before, maybe you have started to exercise so you have developed more muscle tissue (muscles weigh more than fat) and so on. So there are a lot of reasons that could influence your weight.
So remember…weight is just a number!
