How to make your own healthy Lovelytella without the ridiculous amounts of sugar and fat that you find in Nutella.

Yields25 Servings
Prep Time5 minsCook Time10 minsTotal Time15 mins

Ingredients
3 Scoops of Lovely Chocolate Shake
1 Scoops of Lovely Vanilla Shake
200 ml Hazelnut or Almond drink (unsweetened)
30 drops Stevia (natural or hazelnut flavoured)
 4 tbsp Coconut oil
 2 pinches Salt
 20 g Hazelnuts

Instructions
1

Put the hazelnut or almond milk in your Lovely Shaker, or if you are more confident, put it directly in the pan with powder but stir well.

Add the 4 scoops of Lovely Shake powder.
Shake well.

2

Put the hazelnuts in a foodprocessor or blender and pulse grind the hazelnuts until they are very fine, almost creamy.

3

Poor the shake mixture in a little pan.
Add the coconut oil and the Stevia drops.

You could use honey or agave syrup instead of stevia, start with one tablespoon to see if that's sweet enough for you.

Just warm the mixture until the coconut oil has become liquid. (don't heat, it just needs to be luke warm)

Add the salt and stir everything well.

Now add the hazelnut crumbs and mix them well with the rest of the mixture.

4

Poor the mixture in a (glass) jar and let it cool down in the fridge for at least 4-6 hours.

After that you can keep it at room temperature for about 5-6 days.
If you think you will go through it fast enough (5-6 days) you can keep it at room temperature otherwise I would advise to keep it stored in the fridge.

Your homemade healthy LovelyTella is ready and doesn't contain the ridiculous amounts of sugar that Nutella has, but is rich in protein and all the good stuff.
