Delicious and healthy Greek pancake rolls with spinach & feta .

Preparation:

Rinse the spinach and let it drain. Squeeze the garlic and cut the onions. Fruit all these ingredients in a lightly greased baking pan.
Mix the feta with the corn and season with sea salt, pepper and nutmeg or chili.
For the Lovely Pancake; Shake 40g (2 scoops) of pancake powder in 100-120ml water or milk and bake in a lightly greased baking pan.
Divide the spinach filling over the pancake, roll them up and serve.
