Delivery & Returns

Read everything about the delivery of your Lovely products.
If you, for any reason, you would like to return something you can find here the details of our return policy.

 

 

 

 
Delivery

We at LovelyTotalYou strive to process and send your order as soon as possible.
You always receive an order confirmation by e-mail.
This can take up to 30 minutes after placing your order.

If you haven’t received an order confirmation and it’s not in your Lovely account, please send a message to: contact@lovelytotalyou.eu so that we can sort it out for you.

Note: for e-mail addresses with a ‘hotmail’ or ‘g-mail’ extension, the order confirmation often ends up in your spam box because of the strict safety policies of Hotmail and Gmail.
So be sure to check your spam box!

Orders outside the Netherlands take longer to deliver (see table below)


Germany, Luxembourg Mention on the website + 2 to 3 working days
Other EU countries, Norway, Switzerland Mention on the website + 3 to 4 working days
Other European countries Mention on the website + 7 to 9 working days
North and Central America, Caribbean Listed on the website + 5 to 12 working days

Other countries mentioned on the website + 8 to 10 working days

We advise you to create a Lovely account. It obliges you to nothing and you can remove it at any time.

With a Lovely account you can view your orders, you can always change your details if you have moved or have another e-mail address and you can quickly place repeat orders. Easy right?

Netherlands

If you order on working days before 15:30, and the order is fully paid for by iDeal, your package will be processed & sent the same day.

Ordered and paid on Monday ……… .. is delivered on Tuesday. *
Ordered and paid on Tuesday ………… .. is delivered on Wednesday. *
Ordered and paid on Wednesday ……… is delivered on Thursday. *
Ordered and paid on Thursday ……. Will be delivered on Friday. *
Ordered and paid on Friday ……… will be delivered on Saturday. *
Ordered and paid on Saturday … is delivered on Tuesday. *
Ordered and paid on Sunday …… will be delivered on Tuesday. *

There may be a longer delivery time during Sundays and public holidays. On https://www.postnl.nl/klantenservice/bezorging-en-ontvangst/kwaliteit-   postbezorging/vertragingen-postbezorging/ you can check for any delays in your neighbourhood.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail from PostNL containing the Track & Trace number so that you can follow your package.

Note: for e-mail addresses with a ‘hotmail’ or ‘g-mail’ extension, this confirmation e-mail will sometimes end up in the spam box because of the strict safety policies of Hotmail and Gmail.

So be sure to check your spam box.

Orders that are paid by a bank transfer will take 1 or 2 extra days to be processed.
Some banks hold remittances from Friday 4 pm and are then processed on Monday.

Bank transfers from abroad also have a longer processing time.
Once the due amount of your order has been credited to the Lovely bank account, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from PostNL that your package is on its way.

Returns

Can I return my items?
Hell yes. The return conditions can be found below. Where it comes down to is that you can think about your purchase for 14 days. If your item is not a good match, you can inform us within the 14-day period.

Return conditions
1) Send us an e-mail at retour@lovelytotalyou.eu that you want to return an article.

You will receive a return form from us with the instructions and the return address.
As soon as we have received your return form fully completed, we will start working with you.
You will receive the e-mail confirmation from us within 2 working days.

2) At LovelyTotalYou we apply a trial period of 14 days.
This takes effect on the day that you have received the order (this can be seen through the Tracking number).
Return e-mails received by us after this trial period can’t be processed anymore.
3) Pack the items in the original packaging (if possible).
4) Send the package through your postal company.

5) Always ask for a shipping receipt.
This is the only evidence that you can prove that you actually sent it.
Here you will find all data on w.o. the Track & Trace number, date and weight.
6) As soon as the package has been received by us in good order, we will send you an e-mail.
7) We will transfer the amount within 5 working days to your bank account number.
The shipping costs are not reimbursed.
For the shipping costs of the returned item(s) you will receive a voucher that you can spend on www.lovelytotalyou.eu
8) Items that you can not return:
– Opened articles.
– Items that have been used.
– Items that are damaged and / or broken. All items that are sent are always checked.
