This delicious and healthy pudding is made of chia with Lovely Vanilla and Dragonfruit.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of almond milk
  • 1 scoop of Lovely Vanilla Shake
  • 1/2 cup Chia seeds
  • 1 banana
  • 1 packet fresh or frozen  Dragon Fruit

Preparation:

1) Add everything in a food processor.
2) Pulse the mixture 8-10 times to combine everything well, but taking care to not over process.
3) Wait 1-2 minutes then pulse again 8-10 times.
4) Repeat steps 2 + 3 again a couple of times until the mixture thickens.
5) Serve immediately or place in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes to continue firming.
6) Stir the mixture before serving to make sure all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
